What exactly do I receive?
You receive a Zillow 3D Home® virtual tour, an interactive floor plan, and an unbranded shareable tour link. The Zillow experience lets buyers explore rooms while seeing where each view sits within the home’s layout.
How should the property be prepared?
Treat it like a normal listing shoot: lights on, blinds adjusted, counters cleared, toilet lids down, personal items minimized, and rooms staged before arrival. Because a 360° camera sees nearly everything, preparation matters.
How long does a shoot take?
Most standard residential properties can be captured relatively quickly, but timing depends on square footage, layout, access, and how prepared the home is when I arrive.
Can I use the tour on the MLS?
Yes. Zillow 3D Home® provides an unbranded shareable tour link that can be used where permitted by your MLS. MLS rules vary, so agents should confirm their local requirements for virtual-tour links.
Do you offer regular photos too?
Zillow 3D Home® tours and interactive floor plans are the currently bookable service. Listing photography and drone media are planned services, but there are no available bookings for those services yet. You can join the wait list for updates.
Why add a Zillow 3D Home® tour?
Zillow says 80% of buyers agree that a dynamic floor plan showing where each photo was taken would help them determine whether a home is right for them. Zillow also reports that 75% of sellers are more likely to hire an agent who includes virtual tours and/or interactive floor plans in their services.
Does Zillow charge an additional hosting fee?
Zillow currently offers 3D Home® tours and interactive floor plans on Zillow without an additional hosting fee. Zillow platform terms and features can change over time.

Central San Diego is the primary service area, with surrounding San Diego neighborhoods available by request.
